PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance will issue up to IDR2 trillion ($230 million) in bonds next month so it can boost loans to consumers, the company said Tuesday.
The multi-finance unit of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia said in a prospectus that the bonds will have tenors of 18 months, two years and three years, and will be offered from May 18 to May 20.
Adira Finance said local ratings agency PT Pefindo has assigned an AA+ rating to the proposed bonds, with a stable outlook. PT DBS Vickers Securities Indonesia, PT Indo Premier Securities, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Standard Chartered Securities Indonesia are the co-lead arrangers for the issue.
